Phil Baratz is CEO at Angus Energy. For more than three decades, his firm has gained a unique understanding of data and how to convert that information into increased profits for heating oil and propane companies.
He is a board member of several industry associations as well as several privately owned energy companies. Since 1991, Phil has written a monthly column in Indoor Comfort Magazine and has been published in a variety of trade publications.
